Terms of Service
Level 1 – This level is for churches that do not see a personal need to participate in the counseling services provided by DayStar Ministries at this time. However, they do believe in the ministry of DayStar and desire to provide financial support. From time-to-time, DayStar Ministries is approached by individuals and/or couples that need help but do not have all the funds necessary to procure that help. The funds generated by this level, in large part, will be used to supplement these individuals thereby allowing them to receive the help needed. Your support in this area is greatly appreciated. Should you desire to increase the amount, please contact DayStar Ministries. In addition to this, should the need for clinical counseling arise, you may access time for $95 per clinical hour.
Levels 2 & 3 – These levels are comprised of clinical hours that are established on a one-year time frame. At the beginning of each 12-month cycle level two will receive eight clinical hours and level three will receive 16 clinical hours. These hours may be used however the pastor allocates them and are accessible immediately. Should these hours be exhausted prior to the completion of the 12-month cycle, you may: a) purchase additional time at $95 per clinical hour; or, 2) you may upgrade to a higher level and begin a new 12 month cycle at that level. In addition, these levels also give you access to the DayStar Ministries web site back office. You will be able to access videos on a variety of topics. You will also be invited to attend webinars with Q&A for a nominal fee of $25 per webinar.
Levels 4 & 5 - These levels are comprised of clinical hours that are established on a one-year time frame. At the beginning of each 12-month cycle level four will receive 40 clinical hours and level five will receive 80 clinical hours. These hours may be used however the pastor allocates them and are accessible immediately. Should these hours be exhausted prior to the completion of the 12-month cycle, you may: a) purchase additional time at $95 per clinical hour; or, 2) if you are in level four, you may upgrade to level five and begin a new 12 month cycle at that level. In addition, these levels also give you access to the DayStar Ministries web site back office. You will be able to access videos on a variety of topics. You will also be invited to attend quarterly webinars with Q&A, free of charge.
It is understood that each new clinical engagement requires clients to complete a temperament analysis profile for a one-time cost of $60/person or $110/couple.
